- Board certification or eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine.
- Full licensure to practice in California without restrictions, along with a current DEA certificate and BLS certification.
- Preferably, several years of experience in FQHC or community health center practice.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and either Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish is preferred
