- Qualified candidates will have 5 - 7 years of law firm mergers & acquisitions or project finance experience, preferably in a sophisticated national law firm environment.
- Experience with renewable energy, oil & gas, project development or construction contracts is helpful.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business and legal teams.
- Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues.
