- Educate stakeholders on Federal and agency processes, policies, and procedures by playing a critical role in communicating, documenting requirements, and coordinating requests across the organization.
- Turn vague or aspirational business requirements into clear and concise technical requirements.
- Implement a comprehensive strategy and plan for each project initiation and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to impress clients by bridging functional and technical gaps through creative solutions and independent analysis.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into actionable information that improves federal IT processes.
- 3-7+ years' experience in federal government consulting
- Possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Federal IT mandates including FITARA and FISMA policies
- Active Secret level U.S. security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC both Agile and Waterfall
- Prior federal government IT experience is strongly preferred

This project is making an impact by serving as the front door to staff obtaining new cutting-edge technologies to improve day-to-day operations as well as response to crisis, disasters and humanitarian assistance situations around the world.
