    We are seeking a
    Laboratory Associate 1 to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA's laboratory business at
    Durham, NC .

    In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of routine testing procedures to support clinical trials research, ensuring the integrity and quality of data.


    What you'll be doing:

    • Conducting routine specimen analysis and documenting results in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
    • Assessing the validity of analytical results and escalating any discrepancies to senior lab personnel.
    • Preparing necessary buffers and solutions for analysis.
    • Participating in the development of new laboratory procedures and maintaining 6S standards in the lab environment.
    • Managing post-analysis sample and reagent storage.
    • Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and maintaining supply inventory.
    • Engaging in continuous education and supporting lab safety and quality initiatives.
    • Reviewing analytical results for secondary validation when qualified for specific instruments or data types.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • At least 6 months of relevant laboratory experience.
    • Basic understanding of laboratory principles and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

    • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

    The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

    • Familiarity with laboratory safety, infection control procedures, and hazardous chemical handling.
    • Knowledge of laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and terminology.
    • Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain effective reporting procedures.
    • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.

    The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41, $68, The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
