- Develop 360 campaigns that push the brand forward and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances, and timing/budget parameters.
- Help develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight(s) and creative inspiration.
- Set high creative standards that lead to a body of work that creates enthusiastic customers and clients, and is consistently recognized by agency management as "on strategy" and unique to the QSR sector.
- Ensure that creative presentations to the client meet the highest professional standards.
- Collaborate with all disciplines across the agency to produce projects of creative excellence.
- Be comfortable with production and post-production with minimal supervision.
- Be social-media savvy - up to date on the latest trends and conversations (specifically in the QSR space).
- Lead the creative efforts on new business assignments, as needed.
- 7+ years of experience at an advertising agency with QSR brands
- Must be based in NYC or Chicago.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating conceptual capabilities in all mediums
- A proven track record of conceptual creative ability and judgment
- Successful client contact experience and ability to grow business organically
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams
- Excellent presentation skills
- Successful experience in managing creatives
