    JOB TITLE:
    Assistant Coach [Swim]

    JOB GOAL:
    To develop and maintain an efficient and competitive athletic program.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
  • NFHS Concussion Course
  • NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching
  • NFHS Bullying, Hazing & Inappropriate Behaviors Course
  • Coaches must also complete First Aid Course and CPR Certification
  • Ability to pass a background investigation
  • Must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and examine new theories and procedures pertinent to the field.
    • TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Fall Season
    COMPENSATION: Per District Supplemental Salary Schedule
    REPORTS TO: Athletic Director

    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
  • Assist Head Coach with Fundraising
  • Assist Head Coach with running camps and clinics
  • Compliance of all AIA Bylaws
