What You Offer

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration/management, or a related field, with 4+ years of related experience, OR a Master's degree in information technology, business administration/management, with 2+ years of related experience.

Non-degreed candidates will also be considered with 12+ years of related experience
Minimum 2+ full lifecycle implementations in SAP Logistics/WM Functional area, preferably with S4 HANA environment
At least 4+ years of current/recent experience with SAP Logistics/EWM (PP-PI, QM) as a Functional Consultant


Preferred Qualifications:
SAP ABAP and/or Java/Web Application development experience preferred


Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent knowledge of S/4 HANA simple logistics, EWM functionality, and RF integration
Strong SAP EWM subject matter expertise (SME) with knowledge of Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, and Production Integration
Proficient in troubleshooting and leading the evaluation and design of corrections for complex incidents, maintaining a high level of functional competency in the standard configuration of Extended Warehouse Management, and leveraging best practices and new trends in Covestro's current and future projects
Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to individuals at all levels, including process owners and stakeholders
Strong active listening skills and the ability to translate needs, concerns, and solutions across functional and stakeholder groups
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a tight project timeline
Demonstrated creativity balanced with practicality to meet business objectives and team needs
Intercultural experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Strong understanding of IT architecture and ERP development
