    Creative Director

    Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr. Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr. Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, The Original Donut Shop Coffee, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core Hydration, Canada Dry, Mott's, and Schweppes. We aim to help grow KDP's iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.

    Responsibilities:

  • Create culture-driving, business-building big brand work from mass broadcast film and web video, to targeted social and influencer campaigns, to attention-getting activation, and retail sponsorship programs
  • Lead and review the work of the creative teams; guiding and inspiring the teams and developing their talents
  • Partner with strategy on both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technology
  • See your ideas through from concept to execution, working with producers, project managers and other internal and external partners to execute with brilliance
  • Collaborate with the Brand Design group to bring to life ideas in print, OOH, digital, retail, and social as needed
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
  • Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively
  • Oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables
  • Proactively identify opportunities to tap into or incorporate the latest trends in pop culture, creativity, executional approaches & techniques, and broader inspirations, innovations and interruptions
