    Job Summary

    Boston IVF currently has a full time (40 Hours) a week position for an experienced Receptionist in our new soon to be open fertility center located in Concord, MA.

    Training for this position will be at our main headquarters in Waltham, MA

    _Salary commensurate with experience._

    _Required Flu vaccines._

    Monday - Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm and includes 1-2 weekends /holidays/month. Hours 7:00am to 3:00 pm with a day off during the work week.


    Summary:
    The receptionist oversees and supports the clinical, administrative and daily operational needs of a fertility practice.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Works in conjunction with administrative team to ensure the highest standard of patient care is met.
    Responsible for the preparation of clinical schedules within our EMR system and administrative preparation.
    Direct communication with patients-triaging calls, confirmation of demographic information
    Processing payments and maintaining logs/receipts
    Ensures charts are prepared for clinical appointments with physicians and APP team.
    Responsible for the processing/scanning and tracking of medical records, insurance cards and photo IDs.
    Communicates directly with the patient and administrative assistant any information missing prior to appointments with the clinic.
    Responsible for maintaining the appearance of the waiting area and stocking the coffee/tea stations.
    Mail, retrieve, sort and distribute outside and interoffice mail, post outgoing mail.
    Additional duties assigned as needed by the organization.
    Interacts in a positive and sensitive manner with patients and their families.
    Communicates clearly and effectively to all relevant parties.
    Able to adapt, innovate, and lead through change in order to meet operational and clinic needs.

    Education and Experience

    High School Diploma

    Minimum 3 years reception experience
