- Defines and outlines system scope and objectives based on understanding of the hospital systems and user requirements.
- Creates system specifications, conducts system design across various applications, and implements system test plans.
- Predicts issues, offers solutions to intricate problems with the required priorities, and communicates the resolution to the operational partners.
- Establishes detailed system selection criteria according to functional and technical requirements.
- Establishes effective connections with organizational partners (financial, clinical, and operational) during specification, design, and testing phases; expresses concepts clearly and succinctly.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field/clinical specialization (Mandatory).
- Experience:
- 1 Year experience with a range of healthcare clinical systems like Epic, GE, McKesson, Siemens (Mandatory).
- 1 Year experience in a hospital setting (Preferred).
- 1 Year experience with EMR software application implementation(s) (Preferred).
- License/Certifications: EC - Epic Certification (Preferred).
