    3rd Shift Warehouse Lead

    Position Summary: Coordinate the delivery of finished goods to customers or cold storage facilities. Coordinate picking up raw materials, packaging, and supplies from vendors/outside warehouse. The employee will coordinate the activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, storage, and movement of finished and raw products. Coordinate the delivery of all required materials to the production line(s).

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Ability to manage a team effectively
    • Ability to maintain positive and productive communication with various departments
    • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and complete multiple tasks efficiently
    • Proficiency in MAS system, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
    • Handling shipping notices, invoices, and orders effectively to meet shipping schedules
    • Managing paperwork related to shipments and updating data in relevant systems
    • Coordinating deliveries using external resources
    • Ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with procedures
    • Inspecting warehouse equipment regularly
    • Completing all necessary paperwork accurately
    • Training staff on SOP's and warehouse procedures
    • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and compliance with GMPs
    Qualifications:

    Education, prior work experience, and specialized skills:

    Must be 18 years old to work for the company. Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and perform basic mathematical calculations. Must acquire forklift and pallet jack certifications.

    Physical Environment/Working Conditions:
    • Regularly required to be on feet (60%) and sit, including operating forklift (40%)
    • Occasionally exposed to various environmental conditions
    • Noise level in the work environment is moderate
    • Requires standing for up to 8 hours/day
