An RN dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting wellness within our community. As part of a team of compassionate professionals and state-of-the-art facilities, you strive to provide comprehensive healthcare services to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

What you'll do:

• Telephone triage for our patients, adult and pediatric
• Employing your critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes
• Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding and adapting plan of care to meet the needs of the patient population
• RN patient visits, and assisting CMA's when necessary

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a RN
  • Experience in an acute care setting is highly preferred
• Current unencumbered RN license in the State of NH
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
