:Location:
This role is scheduled to be 100% remote. While remote, finalists MUST reside in one of the following states to be eligible for employment with Kaiser Permanente: CA, OR, WA, HI, CO, GA, MD, VA, CT, DC, or IL.
Department Description:
Broker Administration and Compensation in support of KP's channel partners that broker 80% of health plan business. We ensure license/appointment compliance, service brokers with administrative functions, and pay in excess of $600M in annual broker compensation (commission/bonuses.)
Internship Project(s):
Develop Request for Information (RFI) templates to assist with surveying and identifying market best practices and technical solutions (software application) for producer management, sales crediting, and compensation calculation and payment.
