    Position Overview:

    The primary role of this position is to deliver quality patient care by assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating treatment.


    Essential Job Functions:
    • Plan, prioritize, and provide specialized nursing care tailored to patients' needs
    • Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques
    • Collect lab samples and perform tests
    • Conduct admission, discharge, and transfer procedures
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards

    Other Job Functions:
    • Participate in Quality Assessment activities
    • Attend company meetings as required
    • Perform additional duties as needed

    Basic Qualifications:
    • Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
    • Current state RN licensure without sanctions
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare roles
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
    • Fluency in English - both written and oral
