Welcome to the Team as a Youth Behavioral Health Case Manager!
The Youth Behavioral Health Case Manager collaborates with program staff to support children and youth in the community. Working closely with various SIHC departments, the Case Manager ensures comprehensive services are available to the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or related field. Experience with traumatized youth preferred. Case management experience is a strong advantage.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid California driver's license and relevant certifications are required.
Character: Honest, trustworthy, with good judgment and confidentiality. Ability to work well in a team and respect privacy and ethics.
Other: Knowledge of social services laws, regulations, and procedures. Must pass pre-employment screenings and have the ability to work at Alpine and Campo Clinics.
