    Lot Attendant:

    You will help in maintaining inventory on our Sales facility lot. Adjusting placement and position of vehicles that are on display. In addition, you will help manage inventory between our Sales and Service facilities. As a Lot Attendant you are integral part of the Wayne Subaru team when it comes to maintaining that family relationship between Wayne Subaru and our potential customers. The respect and professionalism which you display in all of the ways that serve our customers and ensure their loyalty to our Wayne Subaru.     Responsibilities:
    • Assist customers by maintaining a clear and easy parking environment.
    • Assist Service Advisors by tagging and moving customer vehicles.
    • Help Loaner Car Advisor with maintaining vehicles.
    • Have some knowledge of features on Subaru models to answer questions.
    • Help maintain Service check-in area and customer lounge (sweeping, windows, trash removal.)
    • Be willing to do what is needed, when asked, in order to maintain a Wayne Subaru exceptional customer experience.

    Qualifications:
    • A clean driving record and valid driver's license are a must.
    • Must be able to drive a standard transmission (stick shift).
    • Ability to focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Must be organized, able to manage time, and take initiative.
    • You can comply with all safety rules and standards as set by Wayne Subaru management and appropriate governing agencies.
    • Consistent and professional appearance in keeping with Wayne Subaru required dress code.
