- Develops innovative, strategic, and creative solutions to communication challenges to ensure key messages are effectively shared with all audiences.
- Executes strategic writing and content creation for all levels of leadership for all communication mediums.
- Manages a communications content calendar that aligns to the corporate communications strategy.
- Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote content on UNFI's associate app and offer continuous support to leadership on best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English or related field required
- 5-7 years' work experience in communications and/or public relations
- Experience in executive/CEO communications preferred
- Excellent abilities in planning, writing, editing, production, and communications technology skills
- Excellent creative ability

Responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of internal associate communications driving alignment, engagement, and UNFI pride. Develops trusted cross-functional relationships guiding senior leaders and business partners with best practices that enable effective communications. Maintains a deep understanding of associate audiences and their needs to ensure impactful localization of communications.
Job Responsibilities:
Partners with all levels of leadership and cross-functional partners to develop and implement multichannel communications strategies for both non-desk and desk-based associates.
Positions UNFI's narrative across the enterprise within various communications.
