- Following a schedule of 15 shifts per month, each lasting 8 hours
- Rotating shifts covering days, evenings, and weekends, with no trauma cases
- Engaging in 95% clinical work and 5% administrative tasks, using the Cerner EMR system
- Relocation assistance for those who need it
