We are a well-established dealership Group currently seeking a Sales Manager who is energetic, results-driven, and experienced in sales and management. If you have a passion for coaching and driving sales, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop Sales Associates
Manage inventory and showroom activity efficiently
Implement effective sales processes and train sales staff
Ensure high Customer Satisfaction scores
Provide mentorship and support for sales team

Job Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean record
Prior experience in automotive sales management
Strong customer service and communication skills
Leadership and supervisory experience
Organizational and time management abilities
Familiarity with DMS and CRM systems
Proficiency in Computer skills
