Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current state license to practice as a professional nurse in the state of Louisiana Home Health experience with strong understanding of regulatory requirements Direct patient care service leadership experience

Job Duties:

Review Coordination Notes Handle DME Orders Take Orders Labs and Lab tracking Answer phones and Clinical questions from patients and Staff Maintaining Supply Inventory Scheduling visits for cliniciansExceptional People providing Exceptional Care.
