- This position will service the following Kroger location(s): # W. Bridge St. Dublin, OH 43017 # Sawmill Rd. Dublin, OH 43016As a Garden Center Merchandiser, your workday will include:
- Create and display a variety of outdoor plants
- Create and maintain product displays
- Water all plant materials
- Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed
- Ensure proper signage is in place
- Maintain a safe and clean display area
- Remove and record expired plant material
- Interacting with store personnel and customers
- Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates
- Complete report for each store serviced
- Document every visit using the Repsly app where available
- Have a smart phone
- Work outdoors in all elements
- Have dependable transportation
- Have a valid driver's license
- Lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repetitively
- Understand and execute planograms
- Use workplace mobile apps
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized

- Responsible, reliable and dependable work habits
- Self-starter / Self-motivated
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Previous merchandiser experience appreciated – will train strong candidates
