    THE ROLE

    Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP) is a machine learning/AI powered customer acquisition and CRM multi-tenant platform. The Sr backend developer will work on server-side APIs and services that enable a highly distributed event pipeline and a stack that gets tens of thousands of messages per second.

    The Head of Quality Assurance (QA) will lead the organization's effort in defining and implementing cutting-edge quality assurance practices and policies, with a strong emphasis on the integration and utilization of generative AI technologies. This role is crucial in steering the QA function towards modern, automated, and efficient processes that support agile and continuous delivery models, enhancing product reliability and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    Proven track record in leading QA strategy, including the integration of generative AI to automate and optimize testing processes.

    Minimum 10 years of experience in QA within a modern development environment, demonstrating progressive responsibility.

    At least 5 years of experience in managing a high-performing senior QA team.

    Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Drive the adoption of generative AI tools and methods in QA processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and coverage of testing.

    Maintain a high level of technical understanding with the ability to dive deep when necessary, while not necessarily being hands-on.

    Lead and inspire the QA team, fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and excellence.

    Develop and manage continuous testing and deployment strategies in an agile framework, ensuring fast and reliable delivery of software.

    Establish a clear vision for the QA department, aligning with the company's broader strategic goals and fostering collaboration across geographies.

    Must-Have Skills:

    Strong foundation in QA automation and the latest testing technologies.

    Ability to quickly grasp and contribute to the business context of the product, facilitating effective testing strategies that align with business goals.

    Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams, with exceptional communication skills.

    Desirable Skills:

    Experience with marketing automation tools and practices.

    Encouragement of innovative testing approaches that go beyond traditional specifications.

    Proven ability to analyze defect patterns and implement systemic improvements.

    Strategic planning with experience in developing and executing a continuous QA improvement roadmap.

    COMPENSATION RANGE

    The compensation range for this role is $160, $220,000.00, depending on location and experience.
