    Description

    Specific Responsibilities:

    Performs and trains landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, trimming, and pruningOperates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, line trimmers, and tillersPerforms landscape enhancement activities such as mulch application, plantings, top soil application, lawn seedingAddresses clients' questions, comments, and concerns or refers clients to the Team Leader as appropriateAssists owner with route and job planning and organization, thereby ensuring sufficient resources and materials are readily availableMeet with clients to up sale or address questions or concerns.

    Be involved with general sales and help with growth of company.
    Assists with equipment maintenance and repair alongside Team Leader.

    Applies chemicals under the direction of a licensed applicator, and with all required protective equipmentMust be a team player to help build a team atmosphere and also be able to see success is about team and not any individual.


    Performs other duties as requiredJob Requirements:
    High school diploma/GED (or current student status)


    One year experience in this or a related field is requiredValid Driver's License with clean recordOwn vehichle to get to workWillingness to work occasional (paid) overtimeMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this natureExperience with Z-turns, Walk Behinds, Trimmers preferred.
