    Regional District Manager


    USA:
    Frontline Media Solutions, Inc. is actively seeking individuals to join our expanding network of marketing managers.

    This role entails extensive phone communication, networking to establish new connections, and team-building efforts in various states across the United States to successfully execute street team promotional campaigns.

    Our commitment is to deliver top-tier professionals who excel in completing outdoor advertising campaigns for our valued clients. This work is project based with a sub-contracting business relationship. We are seeking candidates that can manage 20+ local job sites operating two to four+ days per week.


    Qualifications:

    • Must reside in the market where you are responding to this job advertisement.
    • Must have prior experience as District Manager.
    • Must have current access to other contractors to develop your team of supervisors.
    • Must own a business with an EIN number to receive payments.
    • Must own a computer(s) and have internet access.
    • Must be computer literate (sending emails, processing paperwork, Microsoft Office).
    • Must be internet application literate (quickly can adapt to new online resources).
    • Open availability throughout the week and especially during weekend shifts.
    • Ability to hire and train supervisors remotely and in person.
    • Must be self-disciplined in a remote working environment.
    • Skilled communicator with ability to work independently.
    • Seeking motivated high performers.
    • Team player and problem solver.

    Responsibilities:

    • Remote recruiting, training, and managing of street teams for outdoor advertising events for retail clients.
    • Work with newly recruited supervisors to onboard, train and execute advertising campaign.
    • Manage daily operations of street teams.
    • Manage and log weekly attendance and hours completed on our online dashboard.
    • Liaison with local client management.
    • Manage same day replacement of absent crews.
    • Spend time at street level checking crew performance and networking with clients in your local area.
    • Follow all company protocols and rules for event execution.

    Compensation:

    • $500/week training pay as a sub-contractor for ramp up period approximately 4 weeks.
    • Commission thereafter based on volume earning $400 - $600+ per day while running active advertising events.
