- Office assignment: York, PA with flexibility to work from another office or from home when appropriate.
- Travel: Occasional travel as necessary to other offices, yard locations, trainings, and offsite meetings. Additional travel may be required to customer facilities.
- Create & Maintain Training Documentation and Calendar
- Create & Maintain Data sets, Scorecards, and Dashboards for Safety/Fleet/Warehouse/Training
- Research and provide recommendations for process improvement where data requires manual entry/manipulation
- Design, implement, and evaluate reports from Support Services and prepare written recommendations to improve workflows and increase various process efficiencies.
- Assist with integration of new technologies and initiatives.
- Review presentations and reports created by others for accuracy.
- Proactive communication with manager and effective communication with all levels of the company via various methods. [i.e.: phone, email, and text messaging].
- Complete special projects as requested.
- Other business duties as needed for our Operation, as requested by the Support Services Team and Leadership Team.
- Required:
- MS Products including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
- MS Power Platform
- Excellent computer skills, data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong Analytical Skills and independent thinker.
- 1 to 3 years office work experience in the information systems arena.
- A bachelor's degree in information systems or data analytics, or an acceptable combination of education and work experience.
- Prior Power Apps Development experience
- Experience in video tutorial and training video creation
- Experience with construction industry and construction business needs/challenges.
