    Job Description

    Job Title: Sr Financial Analyst

    Location: Remote / Pacific Time Zone (PST) Only
    Type: Contract to Hire (9 Months)

    Description:

    • Creating UAT testing templates and strategies for internal users.
    • Analyzing financial data to ensure compliance with accounting standards and feature design.
    • Researching accounting requirements and advising on company policy. Supporting external auditors when necessary.
    • Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0-2 years of experience.
    • Familiarity with standard practices in the industry.
    • Tasked with planning and achieving goals with limited experience and judgment. Involves a variety of responsibilities.
    • Requires a degree of creativity and independence. Reports to a supervisor or manager.

    Expected Tasks:

    • Review and interpretation of documentation for new features, designing templates for feature testing.
    • Conducting testing and documenting findings with screenshots, data analysis, and qualitative assessments.
    • Summarizing test results in detail for both team and leadership understanding.
    • Communicating effectively on defect resolutions.
    • Following project processes and deadlines diligently.
    • Organizing documentation and files systematically for easy reference.
