Who You Are:
As Nutrabolt's Brand Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating the business performance of the beverage product lines – Smart Energy, Ultimate Energy, Performance Energy, and all future beverage innovation.
What You're Good At:
Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and target audience preferences
Managing the day-to-day activities of assigned brands, including product launches, promotions, advertising campaigns, and market research initiatives
Analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges for the brand
Leading cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events
Collaborating with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints
Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
Developing and managing brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
Serving as the brand ambassador both internally and externally, representing the brand's values, vision, and voice in all communications and interactions
Becoming an expert on all Nutrabolt's brands, products, customers and consumers
Managing all aspects of the brand from brand equity campaigns to innovation process to new product go to market launches.
Being the expert and leader for all your product by looking at consumer data and trends, comparing competitor successes and fails, providing the insights and trends that have informed strategy recommendation through a full 360 approach.
Developing and executing brand go-to-market activation plans in support of brand equity campaigns and new product launches
In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
Driving both unaided and aided awareness
Increasing DTC as % of company sales
Supporting in driving organic traffic
Increase to market share
What You Contribute:
5+ years brand marketing experience at a brand, creative agency or consultancy managing omni-channel campaigns at scale
Brand management experience working with CPG companies and high growth DTC lifestyle in the nutrition and health & wellness spaces
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Experience translating rich consumer insights into actionable and compelling marketing tactics
Familiarity with the latest trends in sports nutrition
Project management skills to manage multiple high-profile and high-budget projects at once
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment where the ability to influence and build relationships is critical
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proactive personality and careful attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter that can effectively manage time with little to no supervision
Ability to build strong internal/external relationships
