We are looking for an Assurance Experienced Associate to join our Baltimore office, offering a hybrid position that combines remote and office work.

Your Role:

Serve as the lead on specific client accounts
Handle pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
Create detailed work plans
Participate in proposals
Manage a team and provide coaching
Build strong client relationships

Your Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a public accounting firm
Knowledge of Cannabis or M&D beneficial
Bachelor's Degree mandatory
CPA licensure or eligibility
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with audit software preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
