Role Overview:
- Supervise Broadband Specialist IV, V, and Headend technicians
- Manage HFC network projects and ensure the team focuses on rectifying plant issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure productive daily activities of system techs
- Oversee accurate repairs of the HFC plant
- Address area problems indicated in daily reports
- Resolve escalated trouble calls
- Ensure a safe and positive work environment
- Complete necessary reports
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and supervise technical staff
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred)
- 5 years' experience in the field (2 years as a System Technician/Broadband Specialist IV required)
- 7 years' experience preferred
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Strong desire for network improvement
- Thorough knowledge of HFC plant
- Flexibility to work varied hours

The salary range for this position is $67,000 to $109,000 annually.
