    Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an integral part of Alliance Homecare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing exceptional care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
    2. Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals.
    3. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
    4. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up living spaces to ensure a clean and safe environment.
    5. Engage clients in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation and overall well-being.
    6. Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and outings as needed, providing transportation and companionship.
    7. Monitor and report changes in client's health status or behavior to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional.
    8. Foster positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families, demonstrating empathy, patience, and respect at all times.
