    About the Role

    Our operations are at the heart of our business. The primary responsibilities are handling furniture (think sofas, dining tables, cabinets), doing maintenance on the furniture, and executing warehouse processes at our facility located in Hazelton, PA.

    What You'll Do
    • Offloading and loading of furniture on trucks and within the warehouse which will require manually moving large, heavy goods and staging them
    • Repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds via team lift is a must in this role
    • Safely picking, packing, wrapping, labeling items, and loading trucks for delivery to our customers
    • Be cross-trained and required to work in other departments as needed (furniture maintenance, photography, record keeping, warehouse cleanliness, etc.)

    Candidate Requirements

    • Must be comfortable with heavy lifting of 75+lbs repeatedly (couches, sectionals, dining tables for example)
    • No warehouse experience required; experience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus
    • Must be able to be active, working in the warehouse for at least 8 hours at a time
    • Strong work ethic and desire to be part of a hardworking team
