- Partner with management to identify and develop strategies to support the full employee life cycle, from talent acquisition and retention through offboarding.
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on the application of policies and procedures to support our culture.
- Develop and implement best practice high volume, full cycle recruiting strategies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience from sourcing, interviewing through selection and onboarding.
- Participates in onboarding, orientation, terminations and exit interviews.
- Develop new policies and revise existing ones to ensure compliance. Conduct the related training sessions as required.
- Other duties and projects as required to meet business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management or related field.
- 5+ years human resources generalist experience. Experience should include talent acquisition, employee relations, policy & procedure development, training & development, compensation and benefits, preferably in best practice HR environments.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification & international business experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills and consultative skills especially in assessing department needs, making customer-focused decisions, developing relationships and delivering solutions.
- Excellent emotional intelligence, presentation, interpersonal, training facilitation, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Technology proficient, including MS Suite & ADP WorkforceNow.
- Must be a self-starter, an outside-of-the-box thinker, have a high sense of urgency, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel to remote offices as required such as Colorado Springs, Tecate, Baja California and Ontario, Canada.

We are seeking a Human Resources professional who is proactive and takes a consultative approach to solving problems, implementing solutions, and finding new talent. COMPENSATION
The base pay range for this full-time exempt position is $65,000-$73,000 annually plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay rates for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
