- Job Summary LPN:
Responsible for providing direct patient care and ongoing education, following care plans, and offering general support in an ambulatory environment under the supervision of a physician or LIP/RN designee while adhering to policies and procedures to enhance patient health.
This role involves serving individuals of all age groups while understanding their developmental stage.

Medical Assistants offer clinical and administrative support in an ambulatory setting under the direction of a physician or LIP/RN to promote patient wellness.
Tasks may include patient care, vital signs, assisting healthcare professionals, conducting lab tests, and more.
Service is provided to individuals of all age groups by understanding their developmental stage.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
- Experience: None
- Licensure: Licensed as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Commonwealth of Virginia before onboarding
- BLS: Basic Life Support-American Heart Association (AHA)
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary along with graduation from a Medical Assistant Program accredited by CAAHEP or ABHES, or Military Medical Specialist with experience
- Experience: Preferred but not mandatory
- Licensure: Current certification through a recognized professional association within 6 months from hire date
- AHA Health Care Provider BLS certification is required during hiring
