    Position Summary:

    - Responsible for overseeing all stages of organ procurement process

    - Provide specialized medical care to donor patients, focusing on assessment, management, and organ recovery

    - Collaborate with medical teams and families to address donor's needs

    - Engage in hospital outreach and community education initiatives

    Requirements:

    - Background in Respiratory Therapy or Nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred

    - Prior experience in Critical Care Patient Management

    - Basic Life Support certification mandatory, ACLS and CPTC certifications required post-employment

    - Valid California driver's license and access to reliable transportation
