    Welcome to Our Team!

    We are looking for an Audit & Claims Clerk to join our team.

    The Audit & Claims Clerk plays a crucial role in processing, researching, and reconciling inventory discrepancies or claims. They are responsible for tracking and reporting various inventory items such as Finished Goods, CHEP Pallets, PECO Pallets, and other necessary product/materials.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform physical counts of inventory including Finished Goods, Pallets, and Materials to ensure accuracy.
    • Reconcile and report inventory daily.
    • Accurately input inventory control data for integrity maintenance.
    • Complete documentation thoroughly and on-time.
    • Investigate reasons for discrepancies in inventory and recommend corrective actions.
    • Handle customer claims related to Inventory Adjustments.
    • Complete other assigned tasks.

    Additional Duties:

    • Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
    • Write reports and correspondence.
    • Ensure compliance with inventory processes, procedures, and contracts.
    • Physically count articles and products on shelves and pallets.
    • Use computer systems to manage inventory-related issues and documentation.

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 months of relevant experience in Inventory Control and warehouse environments.
    • Operating forklift and cherry picker/high lift experience.
    • Knowledge of WMS software, preferably Synapse.
    • Proficiency in PC tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.

    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Ability to read and interpret safety manuals.
    • Basic email communication skills.
    • Experience with physical counting of products.
    • Forklift certification is advantageous.
