Large Licensed Home Care Agency (LHCSA) is seeking an RN to work out of their Long Island City, Queens branch. Visits will be close to that area.

Very small case load, 3 + patients per day.

Excellent Opportunity for RN seeking small case load and No Oasis documentation

Salary $95k - $100k

RN Field Nurse:

• Responsible for initial assessments, reassessments and supervision of home health aides
• Position requires paperwork for waivers patients
• MLTC are usually seen every 60 days
• Flexibility to schedule patient visits when convenient
• Updating medication profiles and the Home Health Certification and Plan of Care form (485 form)
• Participate in team meetings and communicate with other providers, as necessary.
• RN will review employee health examinations for new applicants and provide orientation.
• Aides are completing in-services through the Nevvon app, and the nurse will need to approve the certificates.
• Will be required to go into the office on a daily basis.
