    Overview:

    Join our exciting IP Corporate Organization at Revvity, Inc. as a Senior IP Paralegal/Contracts Administrator, directly reporting to the Chief IP Counsel. In this crucial role, you will collaborate with our IP legal team, external law firms, and employees throughout the company to safeguard and oversee our intellectual property.

    As a key member in contracts management, you will closely collaborate with our Finance team and various business units to ensure all contractual commitments are fulfilled by both our company and partners.     Role & Responsibilities:

    • Become proficient in Revvity's IP database for timely updates and accurate reporting.
    • Provide quarterly reports on IP metrics.
    • Lead decision-making on upcoming foreign filings and annuity payments.
    • Coordinate IP document flow and tracking.
    • Ensure proper coverage of daily responsibilities within the legal and IP departments.
    • Compile and track contractual obligations.
    • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of obligations.
    • Readiness to take on additional projects when necessary.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • Minimum of five years in patent administration.
    • Experience in maintaining IP databases and creating IP reports.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Self-starter comfortable working independently and in a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative.
    • Exercise good judgment in prioritization.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
    • High level of organizational and coordinating abilities.
