This excellent Process Technician is knowledgeagble in the maitenance and repair of industrial size injection molding equipment. They pride themselves in their safety mindset, quality and perfect attendance.

12-Hour Night Shift: 6:50PM to 7:00AM
(Bi-Annual Bonus Compensation
00/Hour night shift differential

Perform adjustments to injection molding machines to optimize the cycle and make good quality parts
Assist with size, color and material changes
Trouble shoot Mechanical issues and determine an appropriate action plan.
Ensure injection molding machines are being repaired properly and promptly.
Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures.
Recording Production Data Accurately.
Monitor and ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor and maximize Production flow.
Work with Quality Control to maximize quality and minimize downtime.

2-3 years injection molding process technician experience preferred
Ability to work under limited supervision
Must have basic equipment maintenance tools
Must be able to make decisions with minimal supervision.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and decimals.
