- Greets and seats customers.
- Cleans buffet, sanitizes workstations and equipment, assists in clearing and resetting tables.
- May carry and distribute supplies and equipment.
- May assist in food preparation and storage.
- May operate dishwasher or assist with dishwashing.
- May assist with stocking food inventory.
- Attends all allergy and foodborne illness training.
- Complies with Sodexo HACCP policies.
- Reports accidents and injuries promptly.
