    As our Field Recruiter, you will be tasked with proactively sourcing and cultivating potential RSP leads through diverse channels, while also resolving any concerns related to driver qualification and compliance protocols.

    Your pivotal responsibilities will include streamlining the qualification process for new leads, serving as a liaison between various departments and candidates, and

    facilitating

    orientation and training sessions. You will be entrusted with overseeing the seamless coordination of recruitment events and ensuring precise reporting and

    The

    Must-Have

    :

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
    2 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of both
    Your Mission in Motio

    n

    :

    Actively source and manage potential RSP leads, via inbound/outbound calls, email, social media, other internet databases and associate referrals
    Engage with RSP leads that currently do not meet requirements, for

    possible future

    qualification
    Research and resolve issues resulting from the driver qualification/compliance process
    Expedite qualification process of all new leads, candidate follow-up up and internal/external customer follow-up
    Act as a liaison between Operations, Vendor Relations Administration and new RSP candidates
    Assist the Recruiting Manager with orientation and continued training of new Administrators and/or Regional Recruiters
    Prepare and complete daily reports by collecting and analyzing information related to Vendor Relations functions in

    an accurate

    and

    timely

    manner
    Complete assigned projects and follow up on outcomes, contributing to team efforts by achieving related results as necessary
    Coordinate and host new RSP recruiting events, including business travel itineraries
    Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program
    Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into

    the

    computer following

    the

    format displayed on

    the

    screen, and enter necessary codes and information
    Perform any other task or assignment as

    deemed

    necessary by the organization

    High-level keyboarding skills and knowledge of personal computers in a Windows-based environment, including system

    proficiency
    Strong communication

    skills encompassing effective presentation and responsiveness to inquiries, with the ability to engage and interact across various corporate and employee levels
    Ability to pay attention to detail, prioritize tasks effectively, and apply common sense understanding to execute instructions provided in written or oral form
    Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing complex situations,
