- Utilize SAP EWM system for inventory movement through the warehouse
- Accurate handling of materials from receiving to shipping
- Provide customer service and support through various channels
- Hourly position based on experience & skill level
- Contract duration: 3-6 months with possible extension
- Standard work hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00pm
- Onsite location in Lawrence, PA
- Utilize SAP EWM for warehouse transactions
- Create and manage pick plans for order completion
- Schedule outbound freight pick-ups
- Quality control of incoming and outgoing inventory
- Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Provide customer service and resolve order issues
- Prepare and process shipments
- Demonstrate accountability and customer focus
- Strong computer skills with Excel, SAP, UPS, and FedEx experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Logistic and shipping procedures knowledge
- Forklift equipment certification desired
- 3 years of Warehouse, inventory, and customer service experience
- 1+ years of SAP EWM experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and extreme attention to detail
