    What we're looking for: a Surgical Technology Program Director at our Temecula Campus.

    Do you have a passion for education and seeing students thrive? San Joaquin Valley College Program Director position could be a great fit. The Program Directors applies their expertise and knowledge of the program major(s) under their supervision in three general areas: faculty qualifications, curriculum content and outcome assessment. Program Directors participate in college governance, committees and task forces. Program Directors may have teaching assignments on an on-going or intermittent basis. Under the direct supervision of the Campus President/Campus Dean and technical supervision of the Director of Instruction, the Program Director develops and implements a variety of services to enrich the SJVC experience for our on-campus students.

    What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $70,0000-$95,000 per year.     Do you qualify? Qualifications for the position:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.     • Five (5) years of experience as a Surgical Technician
    • Associate degree; Bachelor's preferred or meets Faculty Equivalency
    • Current National Surgical Technology certification, issued by an NCCA-approved agency.
    • Must possess a CST (Certified Surgical Technician) or CSFA (Certified Surgical First Assist).
    • Documented education or experience in instructional methodology, curriculum design and program planning
    • BLS Provider (AHA preferred).
