Drop Crew is in charge of installing residential and commercial underground coax and fiber cable lines, using various equipment like vibrator plows, boring machines, and hand tools. No prior experience necessary - training provided.
Pay: $18.00 to $20.00
Hours: Full Time
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (may extend to 7pm on weekdays and 8pm on weekends if required).

Responsibilities:
Able to identify underground utilities to prevent damage
Locate unmarked utilities and customer equipment like dog fences, irrigation systems, etc.
Restore job sites to their original state
Understand work drawings, follow instructions, and complete necessary documentation
Discuss services with customers before installing new drops
Operate machinery for burying cables, including trenching and boring equipment
Use hand-held tools for task completion
Complete assigned tasks efficiently
Take responsibility for any damages
Qualifications and requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience operating machinery for cable burying
Capable of walking over 1/2 mile with a drop plow putting service cables in place
Flexible to work overtime when necessary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently or in a team
Valid driver's license is a must
Background and MVR checks will be conducted
Willingness to travel as needed
