Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, administrative support of the field nurses, coordination and/or scheduling of nurse appointments, and responding to inquiries both over the phone and via email. Additionally, you will work with other service providers and consumers to ensure appointments are met within specific timeframes and validate documentation in consumers electronic files.
