    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our company. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. This is a full time position with opportunities for career advancement.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manager and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
    • Run weekly metric reviews for each representative and report to Director of Sales.
    • Coordinate and run monthly sales meeting.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
    • Train and mentor sales team to improve their performance.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
    Qualifications:
    • Track record of driving revenue growth is a must.
