    indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Tekion Application Support Specialist to join our team and help us drive innovation and efficiency in automotive retail.

    This position will include exciting travel opportunities across various locations. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.
    The Tekion Expert will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Tekion's automotive retail cloud platform.

    This role requires a deep understanding of the Tekion system, strong technical skills, and the ability to provide strategic guidance to enhance dealership operations.

    Assistance with F&I applications and forms.
    Use the ticketing system to track issues and ensure support availability.
    Provide expertise on CRM and other integrated tools.
    Lead the deployment of the Tekion platform in all automotive dealerships.
    Configure the Tekion system to meet specific dealership requirements.
    Ensure seamless integration with existing dealership management systems.
    Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the Tekion platform.
    Identify and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
    Investigate and resolve software issues, while exploring potential problems.
    Provide comprehensive training to dealership staff on using the Tekion platform.
    Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
    Collaborate with dealership management to identify opportunities for process improvement using Tekion.
    Provide expert advice on best practices for leveraging Tekion's features and capabilities.
    Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on system performance and project progress.

    The opportunity is for you if you have:
    Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Proven experience with the Tekion automotive retail platform.
    Ability to frequently travel to all indiGO Auto Group dealerships.
    Strong technical skills, including knowledge of system integration, configuration, and customization.
    Excellent verbal, math, and leadership skills.

    These skills may be tested and evaluatedExtremely organized with dedicated attention to detailExperience in the automotive industry is a plus.

    Knowledge of other dealership management systems (DMS) such as CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, etc. preferred.
    Experience with cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms.
