- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the service needs of children, youth, and families
- Create treatment plans with families to improve functioning and address behavioral health symptoms
- Offer psychotherapy sessions to alleviate symptoms and limitations
- Deliver goal-directed interventions in homes or community settings
- Develop Crisis Avoidance Strategies and provide psychoeducation to manage symptoms
- Help children and youth enhance their social and interpersonal skills
- Support daily living skills and community integration
- Preference for English/Spanish bilingual candidates
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field
- Licensure in New York State (Psychoanalyst, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, LCAT)
- Or Bachelor's Degree with three years of experience in children's mental health, addiction, or related field
- Experience in cognitive behavioral therapy and evidence-based interventions preferred
- Knowledge of Individual, Family, Collateral, and Group therapy modalities
- Preference for English/Spanish bilingual candidates
- Clearance checks for State Central Register
- Fingerprinting may be required
