    The Supervisor has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required.

    The person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills. Previous management experience is a must. You must be a minimum age of 21+ years old for this job.


    We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to become an integral part of the Chick-fil-A team You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations with a focus on teamwork, excellence, and hospitality.

    This position requires a leader who is willing to learn from the ground up and create a culture of support, hard work, and development.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage and improve operational practices
    Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
    Provide daily operations oversight for Front of House and Back of House teams
    Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
    Recruit new Team Members
    Creative systems implementation

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in operations or other related fields
    Strong management skills
    Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
    Strong leadership qualities
    Track record of developing leaders

    Compensation Package:

    $61,450 per year
