    Key Responsibilities as a Guest Advocate:

    • Engage with guests to understand their needs and provide assistance
    • Efficiently scan and bag items while maintaining service standards
    • Promote Target benefits and services to enhance the guest experience
    • Ensure a seamless experience for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area for guest convenience
    • Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety awareness, and compliance at all times

    Requirements and Skills:

    • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Friendly demeanor and a willingness to assist guests and team members
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Adaptability to evolving technology and service needs
    • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
