    Description

    About the Job:

    Are you interested in joining a dynamic legal team in Washington DC? Look no further! In this role, you will be part of the U.S. Legal function, specifically working with the North America public sector practice at the United States Government (USG). You will be responsible for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle under a diverse portfolio, providing valuable support to clients and internal teams.

    Responsibilities:

    - Work on various public and private sector contract-related activities
    - Provide business advice on contractual matters to Client Service Teams
    - Review and analyze government solicitations and communicate requirements
    - Support contract negotiations and draft agreements with clients and third parties
    - Develop key relationships with government contracting officials

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3+ years of experience in US public sector contract management
    • Knowledge of government contracting policies and various contract types
    • Experience with US State and Local clients a plus
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
    • US citizenship required
